I help high-achieving women shift from feeling constant internal pressure to calm, confident success.

I studied psychology and later, trained as a life coach because I’ve always been fascinated by what truly makes people feel happy, fulfilled, and at peace — not just successful on the outside.

Over the years, I noticed a pattern, especially among high-achieving women.
The more they succeed, the more internal pressure they carry.
Constant thinking. Constant responsibility. Constant expectations.

I know this feeling personally — the mental wheels that never stop turning, the work stress that follows you home, and the sense that even when life looks good, your mind won’t slow down.

That experience influenced my decision to found The CALM Power Framework, a method designed to help women reduce internal pressure, regulate their nervous system, and feel aligned, clear, and emotionally balanced while still achieving their goals.
